A ROW has broken out over a full Argyll and Bute Council meeting at Kilmory last week which lasted just eight minutes.
Opposition councillors have accused the local authority of wasting time and tax payers' money in travel expenses to Lochgilphead.
However, depute leader of the council Ellen Morton, has suggested that opposition members made moves to deliberately make the meeting brief in a bid to launch an attack on the administration.
