MAN ARRESTED IN CLYDEBANK MURDER PROBE

Police have arrested a man in connection with the death of a man found with serious injuries outside a pub in Clydebank.

20 year old Scott Adams, died after an incident near the Village Tavern in Duntocher, in the early hours of Sunday 18 July.

Strathclyde Police said a 22-year-old man had been arrested and was being held in custody.

He's expected to appear at Dumbarton Sheriff Court today.

A report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.

Mr Adams, from Parkhall, was discovered with serious injuries outside the pub. He died a short time later in Glasgow's Western Infirmary.
