SONS AND BANKIES IN STALEMATE

Print | Email

A late equaliser by Martin McNiff spared Dumbarton's blushes as they drew with Clydebank in last night's pre season friendly.

The Bankies took the lead six minutes into the second half when Mark Hailstones netted after Michael White's penalty was saved from Sons keeper Steven Dymock.

But substitute McNiff crashed in a 20-yard shot with two minutes remaining to share the spoils at the Strathclyde Homes Stadium.
